Music for My Song

Here's something I would like to call a contest...but you can call it whatever you want.
I have written a poem that I believe describes "Balto" pretty accurately, and I would like for somebody to come up with the music--instrumentals, guitar, keyboard, percussion, and all--for it. Singing with it would be preferable, but is not required.

Deadline for entries is May 22, 2009.

I may give it a try. The only problem is, I can't play any instruments. P: I can sing pretty accuretly, though. I just... don't know anybody who plays instruments, so that may be a problem. XDD I've read through the lyrics though, and already have a beat.

Hey, if you still want to do this, I'll be more than happy to make music, =D. Just tell me how you want it to sound and what genre of music and I'll see what I can do, ^^. I play the electric guitar as my primary instrument, but I also know how to play electric bass, keyboard, acoustic guitar, and know how to make a lot of stuff digitally on the computer as well. I have a whole arsenal of real instruments too like a bunch of different strings, harps, flutes, and the list goes on!

As for genre, I can honestly adjust to anything, <3. I just released my first album last month of 12 songs of each track a different genre.

I'm just trying to fit in here at Balto source a little better and I'd love to partake in some of the community projects here, =P.

You can really make it anything you want. I was aiming for a soft sort of song; no heavy metal hocus-pocus. Think of songs from Disney movies, and you'll get the idea.

You're more than welcome to do anything you want!

Is anybody else interested? It's not really a contest with only two people.
