Does anyone have a copy of Balto on Laserdisc that they are willing to give up for a few bucks? I am a huge collector of old electronics and just got my hands on a laserdisc player. Thought it would be sweet to have my favorite movie to play on it, lol.

If anybody can help me out, just send me a pm and we'll talk about a payment.

Thanks a lot!!!

Well, the laserdisc is probably the best version (or equals to the region 2 DVD), but it's very rare, so you would be lucky to find one for "a few bucks".

Oh, it's a rarity? Well, good to know. Guess I won't be keeping my hopes up too high then, lol.

What is a laserdisk anyway? I don't see the differnce from a DVD.

A Laserdisc is like a dvd but they use a laser to read the disc its kind of standered tech

they use lasers to read both dvds and laserdiscs. laserdisc is the precurser to the dvd. it is about 4 times larger than a dvd and 3 times thicker.

Could a moderator please ock this topic? I just don't want it being pulled back up in a few months with a person giving me an offer when I now already have what I was looking for. Thanks a lot! :D
