Hello, welcome to this fanfic. I have made the story and decided to put it on the forums and site.

Balto 4
Balto was pulling the sled as hard as he could; he was feeling nervous about the race. He wanted to win and make his son proud. Because he wasn’t paying attention he stepped on a sharp rock. With his foot bleeding he continued to run as fast as he could.

He was saying “Ouch! But I must run”.

Kodi, who was behind him, saw his dad’s foot bleeding. He stopped, making everyone bump into each other.

He looked at his dad’s paw, whimpering. He cried “Dad are you alright?”

His father, Balto, looked at Kodi and said “Nope!”

He was injured. Kodi laid his father on the sled. He started pulling the sled, Luckily the other team was a mile behind them.

They rushed to Nome. Kodi finally saw his town. He shouted “Sweet Home Here I come!”.

He howled. Balto, who was sleeping, woke up from his sleep. He finally saw Nome; he chuckled. He was proud of his son.

When they stopped. Balto got off and rushed to Jenna “Hey Jen, So what’s been going on?” asked Balto.

Jenna smiled “Well not….mu” Jenna stopped when she saw a pool of blood under Balto’s paw she screamed in fright “Eehhh! Balto! Y-y-yo-your paw”.

Balto explained that it wasn’t painful but he was losing a lot of blood.

Jenna said “Well go to Rosie”.
Balto headed home looking for Rosie. He finally smiled when he saw his owner.

He barked, Rosy turned to Balto and hugged him.
She looked down at his paw. She said “Come on boy, Let’s go to the vetenarian’s”.

Balto quietly followed Rosie. He layed down on a bed while a vetenarian was checking him.

“Well, it doesn’t look like he’s hurt but he lost a lot of blood” said the vetenarian.

Balto whimpered.

The vetenarian got some blood from another dog of his blood type she put it in him.

When Balto was recovered he finally could run. He always looked on what he was stepping on.

He went to Kodi and said something to him “How long did you take to get to Nome on that race?” asked Balto.

Kodi smiled he said “Well it took me about thirty minutes”.

Balto was surprised he was proud that Kodi took thirty minutes just for a mile. He wagged his tail and howled. He finally said “Well I have to go to Boris’ boat”.

Kodi said “Bye Dad!”.

Balto waved his paw and started trotting towards Boris’ boat. When he got there he couldn’t find Boris anywhere. All he could find were Muk and Luk. Muk and Luk were crying.

Balto asked “Where’s boris?”.

Muk said “Well he got birdnapped!”.

Balto shouted “WHAT? He got birdnapped?”.

Muk and Luk nodded.

He rushed out going to Dingo’s house. He said “Dingo! Boris got birdnapped!”.

Dingo shouted “What? Kidnapped?”. He was surprised that Uncle Boris got kidnapped.

Balto had a twitching eye and said “Birdnapped”.

Dingo said “Oh! Ok” He ran around Nome reporting it.

All dogs got out and barked making an alarm sound.

The people were getting angry with all the noise. They couldn’t sleep.

The dogs had a meeting Balto said “What should we do?”.

Kodi said “Let’s search for patrol dogs to search for him”.

Jenna said “Hhmm? Let me put my thoughts together. Today I saw a dog walking around the boat and had a animal in a bag it was moving.”

Balto stood in shock “Maybe it was him!” said Balto.

They asked Jenna what he/her looked like she said

“Like Steele.” said Jenna

They all stared at each other wondering if Steele was the one who birdnapped Boris.

Meanwhile Boris was having a hard time with Steele. Steele snickered

“With you here they’ll come here and I can kill them all” Steele laughed.

Boris shouted “You’ll never get away with this NEVER!”.

Steele smirked and walked away he was happy that he knew that he had a home. He walked away leaving boris in the cave.

Meanwhile Balto was with Kodi and Jenna and Dingo and some Patrol dogs in the forest. With Balto and Kodi’s sense of smell they tracked down Steele’s scent. They were heading towards the north.

When Kodi recognized Steele’s scent.
He recognized that he was near he looked up and saw Steele right infront oh him “Uh….. Dad? Over here”.

Balto rushed over to Kodi. He saw what Kodi was looking at. He growled and shouted “Come on Steele I know you have Boris!”.

Steele snarled “Oh Yeah? Well If you want him you have to get pass me”. Steele grabbed Balto’s foot and threw him against a tree. He saw the others he ran to the cave he brought Boris out and showed it to them.

He said “If you want him well get him before he dies”.

Kodi grabbed Steele by the neck. He pushed him down to the ground. He was on the top most of the time. He growled “If you ever do that to my father and Uncle again…… I’ll kill you”. Kodi got off Steele and helped his father go home.

The other dogs helped Boris. “Vell I’m glad vhat’s over” said boris.

He was happy that he was away from that mean dog. But this wasn’t the end.

Steele still was thinking of another plan. When they all got home. Balto recovered. He was happy that Boris was back. Balto smiled he finally said to Boris “Well, Boris are you Ok?” asked Balto.

He was worried about his half father.

Boris said “Well I’m ok Now! But not before”.

Balto nodded and said that he’ll be back tomorrow. He went to Kodi’s to say goodnight “Goodnight Kodi!”.

Kodi replied “Goodnight Dad! Sleep well”.

Balto went to bed and had a strange dream about Kodi being dognapped. He woke up with fright shaking his head. He rushed outside and went to Kodi’s. He sighed with relief that Kodi was there. He rushed back to the boat. As always except for yesterday. Boris was mopping the boat again.

He said “Good morning Boris!”.

“Good morning Valto” said Boris. He heard the happy noises of Muk and Luk.

“Uncle Boris!”.

Boris frowned “Oh no!”.

Balto chuckled and left the boat hearing Boris’ screams. He woke up frightened today but it turned out to be an ordinary one. He went to Dingo’s he smiled and said “Good morning good morning the world is rise and shined”.

Dingo laughed he waved his paw at his father. He went down the stairs and went through the doggeh door. He pinned his father.

“Wow you’re strong” smiled Balto.

Dingo got off his father and gave a very happy smile he said “Thanks!”.

Balto got up. He said “Nice morning we’re having isn’t it?”.

Dingo wagged his tail letting Balto know the answer without speaking. He trotted off.

Balto looked at his son. He knew that he would be a very strong dog. He walked away. After sometime he dozed off on the street. He woke up at night. He hurried home. He couldn’t sleep since he already had his. He watched the outside all night. the next morning he was the first one to get out of the house. He woke up Jenna. He said “Good morning to you!”.

Jenna smiled she said “What time is it?”.
Balto chuckled he looked at the time and said “7:30 A.M.”

Jenna got up and stretched. She lapped up some water from her bowl and went outside.

Balto wagged his tail and went to Kodi. “Good morning Kodi!” Balto said.

Kodi chuckled he said “Good morning dad!”.

He was going to have a race today again so he got himself prepared.

Balto also got prepared. He and Kodi were excited..Dusty howled.Ralph jumped up and down. Kirby smiled. All of them were happy.

The musher said “Well, do your best boys!”.

Then they went off. Rushing through the trees, walking on the snow. Howling and barking.

Steele was watching the race. He didn’t do his plan yet. He was thinking of one. He looked at the dogs and shouted “Hey, Balto you’ll never win”.

Balto wasn’t paying attention. He reached White Mountain already. They hurried back to Nome. But when they were have between Nome and White Mountain. A bear appeared. Balto rushed as fast as he can and they got safely into Nome. Balto howled and barked.

Kodi too.

Everyone did, the mushers clapped their hands for them winning.

Balto got off the sled and went to Jenna “Hey Jen, did you know we passed a bear?”.

Jenna stood in shock she said “What? A bear! “.

Balto nodded, Jenna said “Are you hurt?”.

Balto shaked his head. Jenna wagged her tail and said “Well, let’s go home”.

Balto chuckled and followed Jenna. They went to sleep.

The next day Balto, woke up but this time he was ill. His muscles were aching. Balto had a sad face all day.

Jenna brought him some food and water. Balto was hungry and thirsty all day. Balto lay down.

Kodi arrived and said “How are you feeling dad?”.

Balto frowned.

Dingo arrived too “Are you alright father?”.

Aleu heard the news of her father from someone who went back to get reports. She went back to her home and left her pack. She rushed throught the forest and saw Nome. She went into his home and said “Papa?”.

Balto was surprised to see Aleu.

Kodi and Dingo said “Aleu is here!”.

Aleu said “Oh, I miss you too bro and you also bro”.

Balto smiled he layed down and went to sleep his children slept beside him.

Meanwhile Steele was in Nome. He barked and he said “My Journey starts now!”.

Balto was feeling a bit better. He was still sleeping.

Steele went through the doggy door and dognapped Kodi. He went into his cave and kept him there.

Kodi woke up with fright he said “Oh, no you don’t Steele!”. He slashed through the bag and saw Steele.

Steele smirked and said “Ha! You’re trapped hybrid!”.

Kodi said “Well stop disturbing us!”. “What do you want?”.

Steele said “All I want is to get back in Nome!”.

Kodi growled “Never! You’ll never get back!”.

Steele smiled “Suit yourself, I’ll keep on disturbing you!”.

Kodi frowned and layed down and fell asleep. He was very dissapointed with him.

Steele was walking around the forest. He had no friends, all he had was a bear which was his buddy.

The bear said “Well, what should we do today?”

Steele smiled and said “Well, you could go to sleep, it’s late”

Menawhile, in Balto’s home, Balto woke up he saw that his children were beside him, but, he couldn’t find Kodi. He woke up Dingo and Alue. He cried “Kodi’s not here!”.

Alue jumped up with fright “Oh! I knew this would happen, I had a dream of him being dognapped”.

Dingo frowned and said “By who?”.

Alue answered “A black and white dog with markings like my mama’s”.

Balto and Dingo stared at each other they said “Steele!”. Balto growled once again.

Alue said “Steele?”. Alue laughed “Ha! That dog!”. Alue giggled “What a funny name!”.

Dingo said “We’ve got to find him!”. Dingo rushed to his mother “Mom! Kodi’s dognapped”.

Jenna rolled her eyes and growled “I know, Steele did it right?”.

Dingo nodded. He was very angry with Steele.

Jenna got up and yawned. She was tired. She growled and started to follow Dingo.

They searched in the forest again. They saw the cave and went in. They looked for Kodi.

Balto sniffed Kodi before and he can still remember the scent. He saw Kodi’s body on a rock. “Kodi?”.

Kodi didn’t reply. He was sleeping, he was also dreaming.

Balto howled. He said “Wake up!”. He bit Kodi’s ear.

Kodi replied “Ow,ow,ow, Dad please LET GO!”. He was hurt from his bite.

Balto let go and said “Where’s Steele”. Balto growled and snarled.

Kodi said “I don’t know, he was here a while ago”. He got up and started searching for him. He sat down and scratched his ear.

Balto used his sense of smell to look for Steele. It was leading outside. He ran outside and shouted “Steele! I know you’re here”.

Steele came out of a bush, snarling. He said “Well, well, well!”. Steele smiled and pinned Balto down. Steele smiled “Looks who’s on top!”. He started pushing Balto down.

The bear was watching, he finally stood up and started to kill the others.

Dingo growled and pinned the bear. Growling and Snarling he bit his neck. “I’ll teach you a lesson!” shouted Dingo. He was surprised that the bear wasn’t strong.

The bear tried to get up. “That’s impossible!”. He slashed Dingo’s face. He got up and pressed Dingo down.

Dingo got up and said”Run!”. He helped his father run away. He stood there, fightning with Steele and the bear.

Balto called Dingo. He was worried about him.

Dingo ran away. The bear and Steele were not hurt. He would know that they would dognap one of his family again.
Steele had another plan about killing them all. He was leaving it till next time. He smirked and said “Good job partner”.

The bear smiled and said “Thanks! You also were good”. He was sleepy and started to doze off.

Meanwhile in Nome. Balto was having a very bad time. His muscles were aching a lot now. He howled in pain and cried “The next time Steele try to get one of my family members I’ll…… Kill him”.

Kodi growled with a lot of temper. He shouted “I’ll kill that STEELE!” He had a very high temperature. He was very mad and annoyed. He said to his father “Dad? He asked he would stop bothering us, IF we let him into town.

Balto replied with a frown “Well, he’s lying”. He knew Steele will still bother them even if they let him into town. He sat down wondering what to do. He was thinking to block ALL the doggeh doors in Nome. He was wondering if the humans will aprove. He asked the people on paper “Can we lock all the doggeh doors in Nome?”.

The people had voting things. Most of them said YES. So they started doing this to stop Steele from getting into their house.

Jenna smiled. She was thinking “Finally, that Steele wouldn’t bother me from my nice sleep” She was happy that Balto suggested this.

Steele went into town again. He tried to get in the houses but the doggeh doors were locked “Oh! How could I be so silly?”. He whimpered and went back into the forest.

Balto heard a whimpering noise and he went out to check it.

Steele stopped when he saw Balto. He growled and pinned him down. He growled and snarled. It woke up everyone in town.
“Hey, Look it’s that bad dog” said a little girl. “And he’s killing Balto” shouted Rosie. She ran towards the fighting dogs and kicked Steele “Bad Dog!”

Steele growled at Rosie and bit her. He turned back to Balto and shouted “I”LL BE BACK”. He got off and ran as fast as he could back into his home.

Rosie looked at her hand. She was in pain. She got shock when she saw Balto unconsious. She cried “Balto?”.

Balto was unconsious. He got knocked out when Steele said I’ll be back.

Rosie brought Balto to the vetenarian’s. She sat down and prayed “Dear God, Please let Balto live. He’s my hero”. She cried and asked the vetenarian if he was alright.

The vetenarian said “Well, we found that he has a broken leg, he would be able to walk in about ten weeks”.

Rosie gasped and cried. She saw Balto. He couldn’t walk. To get him home, she had to put him on a doggy wheelchair.

Balto was very ill after a couple of days. He had arthritis and something wrong with his hips. He was getting old. He wanted to spend the rest of his life living with his family.

After ten weeks, Balto started to walk he was very ill. He didn’t want to come across Steele.

Jenna was worried about Balto. She knew his end was near. She was thinking that he musn’t go outside anymore.

Kodi was with his brother and sister. “I do hope our dad’s gonna be alright” cried Kodi.

“Me too” said Aleu. She was sad. She prayed all night that he would be ok.

Dingo cried “Of course he’s not gonna die”. Dingo hoped that this wouldn’t happen.

Balto was feeling better after he could walk. He managed to play tag with his children.

Meanwhile Steele saw that Balto was dying. He lowered his head. Steele felt sorry for him. He went into Nome and asked Balto for forgiveness.

Balto wasn’t so sure in trusting him. He wanted to give him a chance so he agreed.

He was getting younger time by time. They managed to go around the world. Balto was happy. He managed to spend the rest of his life with his children.

He wasn’t going to die just yet. He had a whole new adventure ahead of him. It starts now.

It's very well written,and very enjoyable so far.
