EDIT: The deadline for any nomination is FRIDAY, as I post every Friday. If there aren't enough nominations, I'll have to do what I always do -- choose myself. C'mon!

Every week on a Friday (yes, I know I've been slacking -- and I apologize) I post a fan news. This constists of tutorials made by users, as well as fan art/image news. Also, it's enclosed with four artists "awards," as "Choices of the Week" (two for fan art, two for fan images). And to help in the "election," I'd like to see users nominate an artist or two they think should have the award.

However, there are some rules to doing so.

o Users cannot be nominated if they have already been chosen.
• Users cannot be nominated more than once by one person. The nominator can, however, nominate more than one artist.
• These artists cannot be "overly popular," such as Pample. Bring in some new artists, please! (The limit for "popular" is more than 300 gallery favorites. Sorry, 'big-dogs'!) There is an exception -- if this artists' nomination is "noteworthy." (The nominator puts plenty of heart into it.)
• YES, you can send me any links to tutorials/guides you have made for me to include. Or, other guides that haven't been posted.
• I will be the judge.
• You must include a brief explanation (1-3 sentences) on why you think this artist should be given the award. I will post the chosen peoples' "Nomination Statement" (along with your username, if you will allow it -- you're welcome to be 'Anonymous') with the feature.
• Only serious nominations -- no jokes or "I hate this artist" crap.
• With your nomination, you must include a Balto Source Gallery Link.
• Being the judge, I cannot be nominated. :]

You're also welcome to send me PMs to contests that you find interesting.

REQUIREMENTS:
• A link to the nominee's gallery.
• A personalized quote, BY YOU ABOUT HIM/HER.
• A link to the artist's picture that got your attention, or your favorite picture by them.

A user CAN have two awards -- but only one for each section.
A user CANNOT be nominated for both awards at one time by the same person.
PLEASE, fill out the requirements and PM ME.

Also, please keep your nominations in PMs and don't forget your nominator's quote.

I would suggest Furrinn_247 art and image galleries.They both great for me.Just look and you'll see.

You need to fill out the "requirements" and PM me who you want to nominate, as well as the gallery link.

I've already nominated, but I'd like to point something out to the other members.

Kirada has said before that she would prefer if you nominated someone thorugh a PM! If you post here, you're just ruining it for the artist/writer etc. nominated. You've ruined the surprise.

It also clearly says that you must fill out the form included in this topic and PM it to Kirada, so why aren't you people doing it?

It's a simple thing to do and it's common sense. You're nomination won't be featured if you don't follow the rules laid out by Kirada. >>
