My Larka was far more beautiful, with her flowing snowy coat and her soft yellow eyes. Her silky tail billowed out from behind her like a marker, letting everyone know she was my Larka. My Larka. In the forest a twig snapped, catching my attention. Ears shot forward and muzzle in the air, nose twitching. Still, all I could I smell was her. But that couldn’t be right…

I got to my feet, ready to (keyword: Putnar) investigate. I was stiff from lying so long, so I stretched my muscles, my shoulders popping and my back cracking as my tongue lolled out in a giant yawn. I padded forward cautiously in the direction of the noise. I paused after about fifteen yards, though, as a shape emerged from the tree line.

I froze in place as the scent overpowered me. I knew it was her as soon as the tip of her nose left the shelter of the shadows of the forest. My first instinct was to turn around and run back to the safety of the den, but then why should I be scared? I wanted to take a step forward, to see how the apparition would react to my presence, but I simply could not move. The only alternative was to stand there, staring at each other.

Finally, after a few long moments had passed, a cautious step forward and a shaky, “Kar?” broke the silence before Larka collapsed to the ground. There was something different about her and soon after I discovered it...the wings jutting out from her back. She stumbled back up to her feet again and kisses me. "Kar I need your help" she said and smiled, I finally felt all too happy she's alive.

How wrong would Kar be at his initial reaction. Larka is only tethered to the world of the living for a limted amount of time. She has been sent by Tor and Fenris to bring about a new set of guardians, the winged wolves, who are those who have been touched by the Sight but do not yet realize it. There is something wrong though, even though Morgara is dead her spirt still lingers on and has infected a human hunter with a big influence on the other villiages in Transylvania. With the humans approaching and the Earth they need to find Fell and take all of the wolves to safer place in the other world.

Sample Post (Very Important): It wasn't long before the sun rose. Bringing with it light shade of pink and orange into the sky. Rio awoke from his steady slumber. He slowly sat up and stretched his legs, yawning as he did so. Rio looked around, he had slept under a small pine seedling. It didn't offer much protection from rain, but thankfully there wasn't much rain to look foreward to. Rio's ears perked up, hearing a sound off in the distance. Water, a gurgling stream. The dark grey wolf jumped to his feet and made his way through the forest towards the sound. All the while he was thinking: ' There is something special about today...just don't know what'.
Descrption/Picture: He a dark grey with a white underbelly. The tip of his tail and ears are white. His wings would be white as well. He has a very lean build, but he is somewhat strong.

Personality:is cautios, but a quick reflexed wolfess. Cunning and an agile huntress trainee with good fighting abilities. Shes very obervative and has strong opinions. Not an easily fooled wolfess.

Sample Post (Very Important): The she-wolf pulled her ears back slowly as she cautioned into the new territoy. Her nose quivered softly as she watched her steps. Being careful to not make a sound. She looked up suddenly, her amythsy auds caught a white snow hare leaping away to the left. She frowned slowly then lowered her finely refined head, in lenth with her fore wrists. She blinked slowly as then thin veiled line of fog dampened her view. Her coat silver gurad hairs shimmered brightly agsint her mostly black coat. Her nose pushed against a damp new oak stem. She looked at its skinny bark then rubbed her shoulders against it and slide underneath it, before curling her spine, quietly flexxing her back paws.

IN thae air hung a wet and damp moist smell. It made her black coat heavy on her shoulders and backbone. She ignored the feeling and sniffed around the base of an aged timber tree. She looked around as the forest cascaded on her shoulders, hiding her with in the shadows. "hmm" she interggoed herself then shook her mighty shoulders, sending sparkling droplets of drinkled water everywhere. She felt her fur fizz then soften on her agile built frame. The sun barely peeked thru the dense foliage, gently lighting her pathway. She smiled slowly then raised her tail slowly to an acute angle and continued to stalk her way deeper into the woods. Were the wildereness was untameable.

Well the this roleplay is based around a book called The Sight

agh... i dont know about it... *blinks*...

Hmm, gosh I love Putnar, of all varieties. XD. Might I join as Fell? I loved the first book, The Sight. Still in the progress of reading the sequel, Fell though.

Name: Fell
Age: Same as Larka and Kar (Don't know how old she'd be, or how long this is after the first book. He is 7 years old in the second book, but that is set about 5 years after the first book.)
Breed Canis Lupus (Grey Wolf)
Personality: Fell is rather reserved as of late because of how deeply Morgra forced him to delve into the darkness of his own heart. He keeps to himself a lot, preferring to be alone and think, especially since he feels as though he doesn't really belong with his family anymore. He's still a little bitter about Larka's death and misses her terribly.
History: Brother of Larka and son to Huttser and Palla, he was born below the humans' Stone Den. His family was fabled to be the family of the prophecy, the family that would thwart evil's rise. When that prophecy began to come true and Larka's powers of the The Sight revealed themselves, Fell became jealous of her. He had always wanted to possess those powers. While they were on their journey to keep Larka safe and away from their vicious aunt Morgra, leader of the Balkar (a large band of brutish male wolves trained for combat and nothing else), he fell beneath the ice of a frozen river and drifted away. Everyone believed he had died, but the Balkar found him later and took him to Morgra. Morgra corrupted him, calling herself his mother and leading him to believe that he was the evil Wolfbane, who would bring about a horrible winter that life would scarcely survive. He learns that he too has the power of The Sight, and Morgra teaches him, and uses him to help her fulfill the prophecy. Fell becomes consumed by darkness and remembers next to nothing of his life. When Larka finally confronts him and realizes who he really is, she wakes up his memory and reminds him what he once was and he vows to help them. But Larka completes the prophecy and keeps Morgra from gaining the full powers of The Sight and in the end, Larka is killed. After all of this, Fell tried to move back with his family, but he didn't feel as if he fit with them anymore, so he left on his own journey to discover himself.

Sample Post (Very Important): A black shadow stalked beneath the trees, trailing a rabbit that was making its way slowly back to its hole. It hadn't noticed the shadow yet, so it kept stopping to investigate the bramble on the ground, looking for something tasty to satiate its hunger perhaps. But the shadow was also looking to satisfy itself. Quickly the black thing darted forward after the prey animal, but the rabbit's ears twitched and it sprang away equally as fast. Within mere moments it had flown through its hole and away from the black wolf's teeth, evading capture for another day. The wolf growled loudly, having missed the tiny snack, then shook his head and padded away slowly, almost wishing angrily that he'd used the powers of The Sight to control the Lera's mind and stop it from running. But he was a Varg, a mighty Putnar. He shouldn't have to stoop to using special abilities to get his prey. Even being a Kerl, or lone wolf, as he was, he should have been able to catch the rabbit without aid.

But lack of sleep the previous night had made him slow and tired. He'd dreamed once again of the vision that Larka and Bran had revealed as the Man-Varg that fateful night. So man was also a Lera, and unless they were helped, one day they would bring about destruction of all nature. But what good did this knowledge do Fell? Most of the Lera were starting to forget the vision, and though he would remember it, he had no way to help nature. There was no more Man-Varg and he had no way to communicate with the humans. Out of frustration, he kicked a pebble that had been under his hind leg and sent it flying at a tree. Perhaps there was more to the story that just hadn't presented itself yet?
Description/Picture: Fell is a handsome black wolf with golden yellow eyes. Though his right eye is rather peculiar, as it has a sliver of pure green right below the iris. He is built strongly with no other visible markings.

Sample post:The mist was damp and fresh against Leraki's fur. She raised her head and breathed in as much as she could, feeling so alive in the sun's weak light. Her silvery coat reflected the morning sunrise, causing strange marks to dance on nearby tree trunks. Opening her mouth she let out a howl of sheer enjoyment, happy that she was alive and well, thanking and greeting everthing that had ears. But one thing was tugging at her mind, something inside her felt, different. Shaking the feeling off she crept carefully down the mountainside to the nearby river. Today was a new day.
