With Bolt successfully finding his way back to Penny it looks like they can finally be able to enjoy a normalacy to their lives and settle down without studios hounding them. About 6 months later though, Bolt is kidnapped by government officials for a special program against crime and terrorism where he is then enhanced and given all of the powers like he has on the show. Bolt is not alone though as five other dogs were also abducted from their homes for this program as well. While all that is happening though Penny gets kidnapped for real and soon terroists are looking around her home where a rare, radioactive substance is being dug up. Will Bolt save his owner and will he and his fellow teammates escape
