Totally Steele all the way. He looks much cooler and he has a real villian attitude and voice. And plus Steele really was an enemy of Balto and Niju was just there because he was greedy and nothing else. Most villians should fight over the girl like Steele and Balto did,

Agreed. Steele is the better of the two though, but Niju is only Steele's wolf clone . . . . (just like the WQ trio was of the original trio . . . . *shudders*)
