Here, should you choose to do so, you may have your Friend Code a Nintendo GAME that supports WiFi connection posted publicly, this is not as risky as giving out your Wii number online, as most online games do not support the ability to send each other Messages. The difference between giving out your Wii console number and WiFi Friend code is that through a Wii number, people may send you messages and photos, but Game friend codes only allow you to connect to and play against a friend via NIntendo WFC. (WiFi connection.)

If you want to have your friend code posted here, send me a PM along with the name of the game this code was taken from. (For example, Mario Kart, Guitar Hero, Animal Crossing.)

I'll start the list off with one of my WiFI games and friend code, and shall add more to the list, depending on what gets sent to me, your friend codes wil be added to the list to Also, remember that you don't need to have a game on the list, if your game is not listed I shall add it to the list. Wow, I said list a lot there.. If you have any questions, feel free to PM.

Before choosing to give someone your WII NUMBER, think LONG and HARD about who you can trust. I DEFINITELY do not recommend giving your Wii number out to anyone on the internet you haven't met - or posting it on a website - as the person then has the ability to send you potentially hardful images/messages. Should you choose to give someone your number anyway, do NOT ask me to post it here, your request will be denied. Please send your friend a private message, and be sure that they will not give it to anyone else.

We've already established an area where you can exchange information for your online games and challenge other members in the Balto Source community to those games. It's The Net Coliseum topic stickied to the Video Game Board and run by me, Rusty the Fox.

If you would like to have your game information stored there, then please post in that topic.



I'd also like to point out something. Freely posting post your Wii System Number isn't as risky as you're making it sound because the Wii requires both people to exchange the codes and register them before anyone is able to send messages to the other. So if some random person decides to register your number they cannot do anything because you don't have theirs, and as long as you don't register them they can't bother you. Which is why I allow Wii System Number in The Net Coliseum. As long as you use common sense, you shouldn't be bothered. And if you happen to register someone who is bothering you, just remove them from your register list.

Ah, I'm sorry. I haven't visited that topic yet so I'm afraid I didn't know. I'll put up a request for this to be locked.

Also, I'm afraid you didn't catch what I meant. I didn't mean that if you put your Wii Number up anyone can add you and send you messages, I meant that if you choose to give your Wii number to someone, and obviously add them back, then it can be just as risky as agreeing to meet an internet stranger. You can trust everyone you meet on the internet, and I'm really just trying to keep the younger members safe, in case anyone ever asks for their Wii number.
