Yes, I know it was on
Brother Bear, but I didn't like it with that movie. It was cheesified up. I much prefered it when it was mixed with Bambi, in a video made on YouTube. It really made me cry.
I love 'No Way Out,' because it works with a number of movies - not just Brother Bear. I've seen it both with The Lion King and Balto. And I also agree with 'My Heart Will Go On' - I find that it's just been played once too often for my liking.
I don't usually cry at songs, but there are ones that make me emotional:
'Endless Night' - from The Lion King on Broadway. A slow, heartfelt lament from Simba, as he feels abandoned by own father.
'Our Solemn Hour' - Within Tempation. Not exactly a slow, sad song, but it highlights the corruption and soul-destroying horror of war and propaganda. The song integrates part of the 'Men of Valour' speech by Winston Churchill, to show that we haven't really learnt from our past mistakes.
'Baby Mine' - from Dumbo. If you don't tear up at this scene, I suggest you go and see a doctor right away because you might be dead.
'Sally's Song' - from The Nightmare Before Christmas. Probably the only truly sad song in the entire movie: it's Sally, a ragdoll, singing about how no one listens to her, and about her love for Jack. Poor Sally
