I have a story i wanna show to everyone it involves Balto and my fan Char's Masey and Sput.Masey is Balto Daughter from the second litter and Sput is From Steele and Hali's Second Litter,PLZ HELP MEH!!

First off have you made a gallery?

At the top of the Balto Source home page (and at the top of every other page on the site), there is a link that says "Send to the Site" under "Welcom, [username]!" Click the link. Then, there will be a list of the different fan creations you can send onto the site. In this case, click Fanfic.

Make sure you read the rules displayed on the next screen before moving on by clicking "Continue."

Then, you will have these options:
Edit my presentation
-This means you can change the little box that will be displayed under your accepted fics, but above the comments box. Its usually used to tell something about the writer or his/her stories and/or characters.
Send a new fanfic
-This will take you two a screen where you have the option of either using the fanfic editor on the site (type it there or copy and paste) or simply uploading a fanfic you've already finished. Use the editor if your fanfic is not finished, but know that you can always go back and edit the fanfic again once its been accepted and put on the site.
Edit a fanfic
-There will be a drop-down bar below this option, listing all of your fics that have been updated onto the site. This is where you can go to edit their text, title, or even delete them if you find it necessary.

There will also be a section with information on your fanfics. For instance, it will tell you if you have not marked a fanfic written in the site editor as ready.
