Alright, this is an awsome series of shows, if we have any Japanese members on this site, you've probably seen it, as in Japan, you'd probably get the same reaction if you asked 'who's Ultraman?' there as if you asked someone here 'who's Superman?'. Anyway, if you've ever seen Power Rangers, we wouldn't have it without Ultraman, only unlike the bulky Megazoid, Ultraman can move and his fights are normally VERY exciting, thus the longavity of the series. Ultramen are the main heroes of the series but didn't appear until the second series. The first was called Ultra Q and was basically the equal to America's Twilight Zone, only with more monsters. Ultraman, all of the heroes are called Ultraman as their title but the original was just called Ultraman, came to earth to protected it from a monster named Bemlar, who escaped him and got to Earth. He fused with a human he accdently killed named Hayata (might not be spelled correctly) to revive him and use him as a host, he then battled and killed Bemlar. Most Americans are familure with Ultraman Tiga, the most recent American verson of it. Anyway, here are some pics.
