I have just a quick question,although they're not Mods,should people show respect to Webrankers?

Everyone should show respect to everyone else. A coloured name or a job on the site doesn't mean anyone deserves any more or little respect.
People should however respect Mod's decisions unless they truly believe we're wrong, in which case they're welcome to kindly tell us in a friendly way. :]

No it wasn't needed.

There's no need for the caps or the spam. Also, no one said anyone was anyone's boss but there are rules to follow and when any moderator asks you not to break them - you have to do so. Not because we're just bossing you around but because breaking the rules makes coming to the site a horrible experience for you and everyone else.
