Mmm, depends on which type of program you're talking...
If it's something for downloading the full movies and songs, then no. (not legal)

I just went and looked up Limewire,and it doesn't look like it's illegal,but check with Steet to be on the safe side.

I have Limewire, but I don't think it's right to download movies. I only download songs that I can't find in Wal-Mart or something. Movies can also carry nasty viruses, and I learned that the hard way

um, Limewire is very illegal if you use it to do that. ANything like that is illegal.
