Live Action Star Wars Series!

I was looking around and found out in addition to Star Wars Clone Wars, George Lucas is planing a live action TV series! It supposedly will fill the void between Episode 3 and 4 which is largely unknown. It will also show a lot of stuff about the minor but still fan favorite characters such as Boba Fett. It mostly won't focus on the major characters. I think this will be awsome!

They're dedcating a season to Boba Fett, which makes a lot of sense really, we don't know much after his father got decapatated and I can easily see a lot of adventures for him. Its supposed to come out next year but the date could be pushed as far as 2011. The best part about this is that the actors playing the characters in the movie are willing to make camo appearences. Also we might see a live action verson of the video game The Force: Unleashed, which is extremely awsome!!!

I hate to be a party pooper, but I don't think making a series was a good idea. I liked the six movies just the way they are, I don't want them butchered or ruined with a tv show. But I might watch an episode, just to see if it's good.

I just want it to be out soon because it looks so awesome!!!!

One problem is that they can't have any technology/effects that don't coincide with the first three moves(made), and I can see that being a problem for them.

I think its really good. I really didn't like the movie but the series makes up for it, the episodes are very interesting and they're short and sweet (the usual 20-24 minutes of show) but have enough in them to make you want more. If you enjoy star wars you should like this. It introduces some new characters which have really been well characterized and are good editions to the show. So yeah I enjoyed it :mrgreen:
