I just saw a commercial advertising it,and it looks very similar to Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory. :roll:

i liked it. im a sucker for danny elfman and the music made it enjoyable for me. its a very far out there compared to the gene wilder classic of my childhood. It has own unique touch to it. Though nothign can touch the original with a fifty foot long cattle prod.

lol, it was a remake of the movie. whatever depp (cant spell his fist name) seemed a wierd choice for the part of Willy Wonka but he was funny too.
Also did yall who have seen the movie notice that all the ompa lumpas looked the same? that's because one person played the part of all the umpa lumpas. It wasn't the lead role but it deffinatly was the role that took the most effort to do. The guy that played the ompa lumpas had to learn how to sing, dance, cut hair, ect...
