here's the longest word pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis in the English language dictionary the word refers it to a lung disease contracted from the inhalation of very fine silica particles, specifically from a volcano.

Desputed whether it is a word according to Wikipedia. So no, not official as such.

The longest coined word however is Pseudopseudohypoparathyroidism, or PseudoPHP, a genetic condition.
