Have you ever noticed how the Baltosource Characters on the side blink? I was thinking: "What if we made the TLKS Characters blink too? I think that would be neat. Plus, then maybe we could make it seem like a BS in TLK form! Yay!!

I suppose this is possible. Perhaps Steet could ask the artist who created the layout to make them blink if it isn't too much trouble...

It's a bit long to make this kind of animations, and whenever the layout changes, we may need to re-do them again. (because unless we use transparent animated PNG, which most browsers don't display correctly, we need to use GIF, and to make them good quality we need to include the background in the picture)
I did the ones on Balto Source when the site was started, I never touched them since then.
If some of you have time to make the animations for the current characters on LKS, then just send them to me...But I won't have time to do it myself.

Yes; like this, just don't change the format/resolution of the pictures and I could just replace them. (the one you did is OK)
