Ah, I see you came to see this topic because of the title, right? Well you came to the right place, and I'm going to settle somethings down on this site, OKAY?
First of all, I'm sick that Balto Source is acting like a Soap Opera, but for those who don't know where I'm coming from, I'm trying to say there's to much drama on this site. There's always flame wars, worthless topics, useless articles about bloopers, and most of all, arguements in the shout box. Don't get me wrong, there's many friendly people on Batlo Source, but it's the "wannabe cool" people, or as to say, trouble makers. To cause less of a problem on this site, I'm going to make some tips in each section that I wrote so here can be more..... peaceful.
Flame wars. How to not prevent them.
Flame wars are arguements that you usually see on the forums. To stop from preventing your topic being locked by this here are some tips:
If you see a comment that bugs or irritates you, try to ignore them. If they still comeback and try to stir things up, just count to ten and hold your breath. After ten, release the air out and stress would be off your mind. But if that person still wants to get in your way, go report them to a mod, and now you wouldn't have flame wars! Logic sence.
Worth Less topics. How to make a one that attracks readers.I am always seeing the same topics over and over again. There's alway one that is like "Steele and Jenna" or Something bad about Aleu. I mean, make a topic that everyone would think that's interesting, and make a topic that YOU want to make. Here are some tips;
Always start off with something that has been on your mind lately that is related to Balto. Then, go check and see if there was any topic about your idea. If so, come back later and think of a new topic to start off with. When you have you idea set in your mind, you want to start off a topic maybe like this in the example; What would happen if Jenna started to like Steele. Would Balto find out? Would the two enemies have puppies? Also, what reaction would you think will happen to Balto?
By starting off those sentences and questions, the reader would soak it in and give a clear thought about his or her opinion. And with a clear thought, this could solve to our flame war issues on here. Also when starting off a topic, BE SURE IT'S ORIGNAL, or no one would like to read it and then there would be the flame war issue again.
Blooper ArticlesThese articles and topic totally tick me off. It's like they're asking for trouble. First of all, blooper articles are hardly detailed, and always saying, "Look! I found another blooper from Wolf Quest! The animators suck!" Well, first of all, these people shouldn't post something like this, it's just plain rude. If you're going to say some one's work stinks, keep it to yourself. When more and more people from differents sites see this, they're not going to watch the movie, and that will bring less attraction toward people who never saw all the Balto movies. They're probably going to have a good idea that Balto and the sequels are going to be horrible movies. So as I said, stop with the blooper articles, they're useless. Just try to think of an idea that hasn't been brought up before, and more people would actually appreciate the movies instead of bombing on them.
Shout Box issues.Every day I see someone arguing about something pointless, and huge flame wars start to arise. First of all, if someone is saying that something is offensive to you (like as example religion), report them. They want to see you get mad, and while you flame at them, they're going to laugh on their computer or laptop, wanting to make you more mad so they can be entertained while smirking at their home. Well don't let that happen, and eventually the problam will be solved if you report them to a mod. While not making a remark at their comments, the person will eventually leave you alone, seeing now that they have no one to talk to. It's that easy. All you need to use is your brain. Easy and simple.
Well, I'm done here, and your'e probably happy now that I have stopped rambling on things that seem important. I hope that my tips will work, and that the Balto Source future would be a peaceful place at last.
