I have a video or slideshow or whatever you want to call it but it does not work can you tell me why and how to put it on DA and on the forums?Please I need help!

Anyway, you can't upload movies to DA. you need to use a place such as, youtube.

okay but what I have is like an animation but a I made it with Widows movie maker and the I did this side show thing but I made that on Micorsoft PowerPoint 2007. Those are my animation things.Also is there a specail program I could buy to make animation?

You could buy a cheap program like Jasc Animation Shop 3 (i use it, it's fairly simple) Also, Macromedi Flash (i also use it, but i don't like flash. I prefer old fashion pencil animation) although that program is expensive. I'm pretty sure you can use photoshop too, but i don't know how.
