If people on forums hurt your feelings, you don't deserve to live as anything more than a vegetable. And vegetables suck.

Hmm... Well, it's a matter of personal opinion in my view, but you still get the odd flaim war or nasty comment (I should know), and to me it's just the envioment. Because honestly, the only things that are keeping me at BS/LKS/AS Are really just my friends.

How many times have we all seen that said around the forum and the main site? How many times? You CAN'T tell me that you haven't seen it even just once.
And if as many of the other members (including those who have been here much less in time than you claim to have been) know about this policy as do, there is no excuse for you not to have known.
From the site rules (which every member is obligated to know):
"12. Moderators - Do not ask to be moderator." really agree with JC .. and of course just goes to show you didn't read the site rules .... and also as what i can see... to be honest. who asks to be a mod anyways.. like you ask to be a mod because what?... so you've been here long enough.. buff.. anyone could have been here longer than you and you don't see any of them whining and asking to be a mod do you?.. well didn't think so.. like if you wanna be just because of a some "special power" to lock peoples topic's that you hate or for no excuse and just wanna lock topics... then no lol ... but thats how i see it as an excuse to lock lots of topic's for no reason or some sort of other wimpy reason...

"12. Moderators - Do not ask to be moderator." So true. Asking to be a moderator is one excellent way of showing how much you don't deserve it. That is so true. I can't agree more. They don't want it cause they want to help. They just want to look cool and be popular. Plus to have a green or blue name.

While I do agree asking to be a mod is generally not good if the people in charge did not specifically ask the public if they want to, some of you are assuming a little too much. Someone asking to be a moderator can be full-heartedly ready to undertake the task, and fully willing to help in any way they can. Perhaps they just did not go about it in the best way. That does not always mean they would just want the position for popularity and similar reasons. Those of you who think that to be the case, I'd suggest you look over what your asserting, as it really is a rather unfair conclusion.
