Now, i'm not talking about proper "Administrators" or any type of "Moderator" so don't think that is what it's about.
But anyway, I was thinking, when you create a project/contest you are the only person that can manage it (exept mods, of course). Well... I was thinking why cant you have project/contest "Administrators", so when you create a Contest or project, you can elect/hire people to help you out and manage the project or contest that you have posted.
Example: Project leader: Baltorocks123 Project Administrators: User 1, user 2, user 2 Exc. prokect members: *insert all people who have joined here*
So, what do you think? This could be an optional choise, but if wanted, could be performed, what do you think?

I think the site has enough staff members. Maybe they don't all come on and participate as they should, and therefore should be replaced. But there is no apparent need to expand the number of staff members. I had already said, they are not staff members, but say when you create a Project/Contest, you can elect people to HELP you manage YOUR project, Moderator or not, it would be the creators choise.

I don't see where you said that at all. You simply said they are not "administrators". There are more staffers on this site besides administrators, Baltorocks. I still don't like where you've been going with all these staff-centered posts. Still, I said they are not proper admins because the title was "Administrators", if you want me to ad they are not mods, I will do. *OP Edited.

There are also more staffers on this site than moderators as well. I am reporting this.[/quote] Hmm... But these members arn't "staffers" they can just manage the CONTEST/PROJECT if the Original creator of the project/contests gives them permissions.

There's really no point at all in this. The project maker has to be serious about the project for it to go anywhere and people can already "join" a project so if the creator of said project needs a picture doing for it or something to be written they can ask one of the people who have joined to do so and if it's something that needs to be added to the project page then the creator can easily just add it in after someone else has written it.
That's the whole point of Steet adding the ability for people to join projects.

But there is no apparent need to expand the number of staff members. I agree with this. Like you said there are plenty of them. There are around 50 people on the staff. I counted them. Also, the last job you had, you coulden't even handel. This is really getting you no were.

That's the whole point of Steet adding the ability for people to join projects. Well... At least you got my point. But it's like if you have a project with you "share" leed, you could get members to also be the "Admin" of the project, but still allowing members to join. Just a thought.

If more people want to participate in the project, they just have to use the "join project" option. There's no need to make another category for that. Participating can mean different things according to the project. It's not just sending files. I don't think the distinction is necessary.
