Some of you have read my rant on "Not to useful"articles. It concerns articles that no one really gives a crap about, ones that provide no information on the movie, ridiculous "discoveries," and comparisons of movies that aren't even in the same genre. A couple of things could be done about this:

1) A clean up of the articles. Yes, I know the mods have lives and stuff, but since random "high ranked" people are becoming editors of the front page and being considered "mods," I think you could find some people who can do a GOOD job getting rid of all if not most of the articles about nothing.

2) Organization of the articles. Hey, you can organize fanart and fanfics by most popular, most recent, most posted, alphabetical order, etc. Why shouldn't you be able to view the articles the same way? After all, people who actually want to know about the movie won't bother searching for the good articles if they've just swept through a bunch of crap ones. Trust me. The articles are what kept me interested in the movie itself. Only THIS time I think we should have the options of most comments and/or views. Because those are more likely to be interesting. We should also be able to organize the articles from oldest to newest and newest to oldest. Because the older articles are better.

3) More organization of the articles. If you people MUST have your friggen movie comparisons, put them in a different section of article. This is ridiculous. There's too many kinds of articles to get shoved into only three categories.

I'd like to hear other suggestions about the articles too.

I agree. What's with people posting junk on this site anyways? Perhaps they don't know the definition of 'spam.' Anyways good rant!

Cat, I do think that is a step in the right direction. I probably wouldn't have worded it in that way, but yeah, it needs work. But we only have two articles mods - StonePaw and Togo.

Brilliant idea, but as somone has stated, only Togo and StonePaw are Article mods, but I don't see why steet and Wolf.250 cant help out, along with a few other mods just given the permissions too do such things.

Yes, there is some need of organization for articles, but not only articles in fact. All the fan sections are concerned.
What I intend to do is :
- Add a "top articles" listing 10 good articles chosen by moderators. Of course it will be a subjective choice, but at least it should display good quality articles first.
- New or better categories (bloopers, merchandise, story, characters...)
- Allow to rate the articles
- Allow to order the articles by rating, alphabetic, views...

So it's more or less what you suggested.
Although, for now I give priority to the fanarts, for which I'm currently working on. But it will come after.
