Actually, I think I get your point, Sacrement. She does sound like she is howling her name at some points of the film (she says: "Ah-wooooooo . . ." as a puppy, like during the beginning of the adoption scene; they sound more realistic and less childish when she's a yearling, which is a good thing.), but she's really not. Perhaps that's how she got her name in the first place? (Just a weird point . . .) But yeah, you're not alone, Sacrement . . . At least I agree with you!

And yes, you did misspell Aleu's name, but that's not the focus of this topic. (However, I do understand your reasons of correcting this, JC . . . because you're just that awesome.)

No prob. I thought I might as well try to help clear this up, and yet other things spawn out of it. *sigh*

(Trust me - I watched and listened to the entire film many, many times when I worked on the unofficial transcript for Wolf Quest; I think I can vouch for Sacrement's theory. But as for the misspelling and all, heck, I'm sure everyone does it at least one time or another.)
