I want to ask this question because of this... I cannot sleep last night.
That question sounds:
"Why does people in adoption put pups and they will say 'it's mine, it's not for adoption'?"

So people, why do you put characters to adoption, what stays yours? WHY?

pretty much issue here is that the person at first puts the drawing for adoption hoping that some one would take it. then later he or she realises that they will need it later on. so pulls it out in the middle. there should be a rule stated in the adoptions that one a character is put into adoption no pulling it back out. that way people will be making their choices of adoption more wisley

Good question. I guess they basically want to get their ideas for how to use the character in order without having to rush to get there first. Childish, but in some sense logical.
