This is a first for George Lucas and the Star Wars Trilogy. It is a completly animated movie, it comes out August 15th. There are many clips of this movie from what I have seen it looks very well done what do you think?

look up the Battle of Christophsis to see a sneak peak. The movie is between Attack Of The Clones and The Revenge Of The Sith since we don't see much of the Clone Wars

Critics unanimously hate it, and judging by how bad the prequels were, I won't be seeing this.

Critics have been bashing it, yes... I'm not sure whether I want to see it or not. On one hand, I should probably check it out... on the other the animation looks a bit cheap and too orientated at the Star Wars fans and kiddies that drag their parents along so they can see it...

I saw the movie and overall it was very good. The battle scenes were awesome and very epic befitting the Star Wars legacy. A few parts were rather stupid like the battle droids being comedians while a battle rages. But like I said overall definately worth checking out don't let those critics dissuade you make your own judgements.

I saw it yesterday, and walked out. There really isn't anything redeeming in the whole thing. The animation was robotic, all the jokes fell flat, and the action scenes felt like they just threw some pretty colors on screen for the kiddies. If you thought The Phantom Menace was bad, wait till you see this abomination.

I dunno, I half want to see it, half don't, since about everyone I know personally said it was terrible... plus the critics on my local newspaper gave it a "D", which was the same rating as "The Mummy 3" (Which I saw, and they were very right about that), and I normally agree with them. However, I think I'll more likely rent this movie than pay to see it in theatres. I don't want to run the risk of wasting money.
