Could you define Rock star? like just any rock legend, or is it any special rock genre your looking for?

Well i would say Layne Staley and Freddie Mercury i might have a bunch of others but thats what i can come up with now

Any person in rock who is no longer alive.

Darrell Abbott
Layne Staley
Kurt Cobain (average guitarist, but wrote good lyrics)

My brother is definitely a Dimebag Darrell Abbott fan. As for me, the nod goes to Cliff Burton.

Good choices.

Has your brother read "A Vulgar Display of Power: Courage and Carnage at the Alrosa Villa"?

Yeah. It's about Dime's death, and the lives of the other people who died that night. It also takes a trip into the mind of Nathan Gale (his murderer).
