Lol well, considering the main character of the film is part wolf and considering he himself is the theme of this site...No duh this site is filled with wolf lovers. Honestly, if you dislike wolves, you shouldn't be here. It's pointless. This is a fansite dedicated to a dog that is half wolf.

Also, I'm beginning to think this is the new fad here, is to say, "I have the right to hunt them. I don't have to like them.". I've been seeing more and more of this on the site. I'm all for freedom and all that...But if you don't like wolves you can't expect not to be looked upon harshly on this site.

Yeah. You don't have to like wolves, but others don't have to sit by and let you rant on about hunting them, either. Seeing as freedom of speech is so important to you, would it not be hypocritical to instruct others to be quiet?
Now, this whole hunting wolves thing... I don't really care about it. I'm not a PETA freak, and I'm not a "let's-go-hunt-wolves" person either. Whatever floats your boat. But this is just an ongoing argument, and it really needs to stop.

Ok, here's my problem with you..
1. This is also a Lion King site, so don't forget that people may join for TLK
2. It's not our business that you want to hunt wolves, but they are somewhat endangered, and still need help.
3. This is a personal matter, and they are not welcome of the rant boards any longer.

I TOTALLY agree. Wolf hunting is WRONG. If yall keep hunting them there wont be any left in this world.How would you like it if you killed the VERY LAST wolf? Every wolf lover in this world would SHUN you!

Ya know, this could offend many people here. (such as me for example?) If you want to hunt wolves, leave to yourself. The only reason why people were bothering you is because you were going around telling people. It's not our fault you didn't keep your mouth shut now is it?

How many times do we all have to explain this to you?

This site is primarily about Balto who in the movie was half wolf, the second movie was all about wolves, the third movie had tons of wolf refs in it and of course Balto himself.

Despite the fact some people may be here for LKS most people are here for Balto and practically ALL of them are wolf lovers.

Don't you get that it really does offend those of us who do love wolves and want to help in their conservation when someone comes here and tells us they plan on killing wolves for no real purpose and expect us NOT to be bothered by it?

It's this simple, want to brag and talk about hunting wolves - go to a hunting forum. If you're on a site populated by mainly wolf and/or animal lovers - keep shut about wanting to kill them.

I find it offensive and I know lots of other people do and you should really be thankful most members here have handled you saying this rather well and not flamed you away from AS altogether which has happened on other wolf based forums when someone said the same thing.

I guess with some people,things never do tend to sink in,now as stated above by everyone,we that sign up here are wolf lovers,NOT wolf haters.

I agree with what JC said. It's not fair for you to be pushed around because you want to hunt wolves, but don't you think it's just as unfair to keep telling everyone about it? Considering the maturity of some of the members here (the first quote being a definitive example), that sort of thing is to be expected. The best thing to do is not to mention it so often. and you won't be harassed so much.

I don't think it's fair fo you to be pushed away for your beliefs, but you have to keep in mind the personal opinions of others. If you do, perhaps they in turn will follow your example.

Don't flame. You've just earned yourself a warning.

Animation Source is populated mainly by wolf and/or animale lovers. You are saying you want to kill the wolves "because you want to". That's bound to stir trouble - for you.
Bottom line, go to a hunting forum if you're going to brag and boast about your father's guns and how you'd like to inherit them just to shoot innocent creatures.
What have the wolves ever done to you?
Why, exactly, is it so important that they are killed?
Why - oh by the love of all that is good - why can't you understand any of this?

Please don't take this as flaming, but a simple advice; keep your tongue under control (your fingers too when typing). But we all have freedom of speech, I agree, but you can't say that - and then tell us who are against your views and life goals that we have no rights to speak up against you.
