I have a two here:

The Lion King when Simba says "Dad, we gotta go home" it was just so sad to watch, the little lion trying to wake his father up after he died, and what happened after that.

John's death in GDW when Weed says "Let me go, I'll take Hougen down! I'll take him down and save my father!" beyond that, it was very emotional and I loved John!

in "Naruto" when Sasuke decided to come to Orochimaru's home and he found Sakura that tried to stop him, Sasuke went behind Sakura and he said "Sakura...thanks"

and the most important for me, when Hiro and the others found John, close to die, when John said "...I have no choice...I must go to hell to bring down Akakabuto once again..." :cry:

these are my fave too, when Simba tried to wake up his dad, I cried a lot :cry:

these are very true. many of the other ones too. there are many scenes where quotes are said making them the saddest. Weed and Gin both had many. so did Wolf's Rain. like when Tsume was dying he said, "Let's meet again, next time, in paradise." so sad... :cry:
