I would agree with you if this had been an issue of people posting art up for others to see in the Art Board. if that was the case, then yes, it should be addressed publicly right then and there. But this particular board doesn't have anything specifically to do with art, nor does the topic. And, although I haven't witnessed much art thievery throughout the internet, this to me looks to be unintentional theft. But anyhow, if not the private messenger, then the report feature.

JC is right too, you shouldn't be using Katikut's art without asking her permission or at the very least giving credit in your sig.
