First of all, I don't see anyone "yelling". Second of all, such things often help a member (especially a newbie) learn where they should and should NOT be posting. Third, members often DO report these for being in the wrong places...but there is no harm in helping two over-worked global forum mods find these things.
As I saw it, MINE was certainly nothing more than a matter-of-fact note. Not "yelling" or flaming or any other such thing. Again, as I've had to say time and again to those who overreact to these things:

" in topics like this. Instead why not tell them nicely? And you can report it to a mod if you want to. It does help them out sice they have been known to miss topics. And if people have reported topics like this to mods, then why do they always post "wrong section, elarn the rules11
