Hey everyone as i was looking through my dogs albums of puppy pictures and thought "wow i remember when this and that happened hehe" .. was wondering if any of you remember the day you brought home your little companion whether be it a dog, puppy, cat, kitten.. if none of these how about your hamster?.. mouse, rat, rabbit, bird, lizard, fish, gerbil, snake.. and the list goes on.. Was it the best day of your life, or something very soothing and memorable and teary (the good way).. well please share the day you brought home your bundle(s) of joy and here are mine

Shylo (my GSD).. i got her from a farm (not a breeder but decided to breed his GSD's) and the moment i brought her home was soo amazing she was my first dog and puppy to myself and the first time she was the grass she was pouncing everywhere while seeing her first tennis ball.. she was soo cute and clumsy ..

Sasha (my berner).. i got her from a lady who showed dogs and amazingly a small litter of 5 and she was the last cuz people who got her were also going to show them but no one took her cuz she said she wasn't the showing type.. so the lady gave me a bargain since she was about 4-5 months old and had no use for her -.-' .. so i took the fluffy thing home and thats when Shy and Sash became very close.

and my Leo (my lab/golden).. is quite a funny story .. a couple down the street their golden had had puppies and they knew i loved dogs and i always enjoyed walked their gorgeous looking dog Macie with my dogs and on my birthday i had a note on my door saying there was an important gift at their house so as soon as i arrive i see a cute little golden puppy tied in a neat red ribbon and a sign saying Happy Birthday and balloons on it .. and i just laughed and picked up the lion looking puppy (hence his name) and thanked them and the best thing is his mommy and daddy still live down the street and i still walk them (yupp i walk dogs kind of as a living )

It was about seven years ago. Jack Russell cross Mini Fox Terrier, pure white except from some slight brown patches. Two of them, almost identical in appearance were in the same window thing. We were originally going to buy the calmer of the two - she calmed right down as soon as we picked her up. Went there a few days later... she was sold. So we got her energetic sister instead.

And that's how we got Daisy^^

sounds cute both of you , the day i brought home Mocha was very memorible she was the runt of her litter and you could hold her with one hand and anyways ya

we got home at like 11 or midnight with my small little bundle of joy and we put her in the backyard with my dad and my neighbour (who totally inspired me to get one and helped me and brought me there) and of course me.. and we let her play with her first tennis ball and she was scared of it at first but as soon as we rolled it and threw it she got used to it and the tried carrying it but the ball was the size of her head at least

When I first got my German Shepherd mix I was totally afraid of him.

We went to the shelter to find a friend for my husky and then my parents saw a cute German shepherd mix named Adam playing out side. So yup, we tested him out and played with him, but I was afraid of him at first. When I first stepped into the gate he started chasing me and I wasn'y used to haveing a big doggy chase me. o.O But then he started to lick me and stuff and I was no longer afraid of him. ^^

So my dad broung my husky to the shelter to see if the two dogs would get along, and they did. ^^ So we took Adam right home and re-named him Chance!

And that was all like 7 years ago? :] Yuppers.
