I think it's rather true. Sure, we all have our petty little squabbles and our various little rants, but on the whole I feel that there is a great community atmosphere here.

The only reason this is, is that discussion of politics, religion, and things of that nature are severely restricted on this board.

If such things weren't restricted, and were allowed, logic suggests this place would be a very different place. Past problems on this forum also suggest so as well, as people on here sometimes defend their views with a fiery passion. And when I say fiery, I do mean fiery.

So, saying that "we all get along" in a forum where most things that would compel us not to get along are forbidden, that doesn't mean much.

Sorry,while there is so much lovely praise on here there is more rants and disagreements and ganging up on people than I have seen on even myspace.
I get amazed when people say,This isnt myspace,people.
Im thinking "I know!People on there get along better O__o ive had less problem there than on here"
Its like if you word something wrong 5 people are on you for it.
Im glad youre happy with it but, as I learned after a year its not as tolerable as it seems when the same krud happens monthly.....
But anyways my opinion.

Agreed on that. I don't go on MySpace much at all but I go on other forums and sites where the members can be much friendlier and less aggressive.

I also disagree on everywhere in irl being full of the social norms which create many arguments between kids and teens. I go to a college course which is full of people who on the street would not talk to each other and probably fight. There's a few chavs, a wannabe gangster, a gamer, a scene kid/plastic, a couple of skaters and a goth (me).
Normally we'd mostly hate each other and argue and fight yet in college we all get along great, no one really fights. Of course we have our disagreements but that's the same as in a family or group of friends.

I agree with Ghost-Unit too. If the political and religious talks were allowed here it'd be much more volatile.

I totally agree with you. XD I tell people that at school (who are members on here) And... usually they would think I'm crazy, but for once, they actually AGREED with me. O.o
