Exactly as Vampire said. The animal was most likely a scavenger and opportunist...given what scientists, archaeologists and paleobiologists THINK they can deduce from the skeletal remains.
Nevertheless, the animal was most likely capable of great ferocity and power, and probably even short bursts of speed over short distances.
"Warrior" and "wimp" are inappropriate labels for a dinosaur. No matter the species. And I certainly think this species is deserving of rather more respect than that. Brings to mind the way Sam Neil's character in Jurassic Park gave that smart alecky little kid, at the dig site early in the movie, a good verbal thrashing about velociraptor after the kid compared it to a "really big turkey".
"Six-foot turkey." XDDD That was funny. Alan Grant totally PWN'ed that kid.
Anyway, I'd rather not bore you with facts and theories on this one, all I'd like to here my support to Jersey's statement that these two words would most misleadingly label a Tyrannosaurus Rex. For my scavenger argument, check the other thread you so kindly made separately instead of just merging it with this one...
