Maybe we should start our own vent server so members can communicate verbally. I know it costs money but if we all pitched in we might be able to get it done.

He is talking about an oral communicational program called Ventrilo, and suggesting that maybe we should set up our own Ventrilo server.
I think Skype would be much better though; if we put up a small community on Skype. And it's free.
