Only thing you can do is continue to put them on your ignore list by adding them as "foe". If they make new account and continue, report them to mods by taking an unedited screenshot of the PMs.
(To take screenshot press Print Screen button (Prnt Scrn) then open MS Paint and go to Edit - Paste, then save as .JPG or .GIF and PM a mod)
