I'm in It'll be the last contest I enter before I leave so I'm gonna make my entry extra special

yay pokemon!

Name: Zeno
Legendary DNA: Arceus
Eyes: green like Arceus
Claws: gold like Arceus hoofs(feet whatever)
Marks: grey like Arceus chest and the green mark on his head is considerd the 'Mark Of Arceus'
Blade thing and tail: grey/blue

History: Zeno was taken from his parents at birth by mad scienetests(I can't spell) who injectead him with DNA of Arceus they got from a fossil(like how they made Mewtwo from Fossilized DNA of Mew) thus giving him starnge markings, colors, and power. The humans kept him for a year and tested his power by making him fight other pokemon agasint his will. One day the scientests left and never came back. Zeno was now super powerful from the harsh training and Arceus's DNA. He escaped, freed the other pokemon, and fled.

Thats as far as I got

I have one question...

I know Lucario is not an official legendary pokemon but it is considered to be a legendary Rescue Team Leader in the distant past in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon so would I be able to use Lucario as my legendary pokemon?

history:ginzeely grew up as a wild pokemon and didn't know much about humans and what they were like.but one day he (i think) met a human boy called ash.he was very nice and ginzeely could tell ash wanted a pokemonlike him but when ash reached his bag for a pokeball ginzeely rushed of without turning back. now he knows what humans want to do with him he stays clear of them.

Name: Kyukon (can change if you wish)
Legendary DNA: Lucario
Additions:
Lucario spikes/ears/facial markings and colouring.
Exta markings.
Red eyes/head & foot circles
Personality: Kyukon is unstable with the amount of power he has. Sometimes he can be an absolute sweetheart then just suddenly change and be the compleate opposite. It is thought that he is like this because his parents were bitter enemies untill the very end but both had an unnatural emount of power.
History: Many, many years ago there was a young Riolu with powers way beyond its own belief. As it began to evolve its power doubled to a state where the newly formed Lucario was unable to withstand it. The Lucario collapsed upon the ground, when he woke up the first thing he saw were humans in white overalls. Voices in his head told him to break free, but curiosity got the better of him. For months he stayed in the lab, and he learn't a lot from the humans. He learn't how to control his power, how to love, to care... but most importantly he learn't how to cheat, decieve and even hate. As Lucario matured he grew to have full control over his power
and no longer needed the humans. As soon as he got a chance, he took it and escaped from the humans forever.
With his freedom he became happy once again and (temporarily) forgot about his hatred for others.
But his escape did not go unnoticed the humans were dissapointed with their loss, mainly because their ultimate plan wasn't just to study Lucario... No, they had observed and trained another pokemon soully because they wanted to fight her with the Lucario. They sent the female Absol out to find and destroy Lucario...
No one knows what happened when the two met but their bodies were frozen together, locked in battle. Death and time had not altered them in any way and it was clear that they were both intent on destroying the other but no one knows how they were both destroyed at the same time.
As scientists tried to extract DNA from both creatures they accidentally extracted it from both, mixing the two together and in doing so they created a hybrid pokemon with an unstable tempriment...
