you know i just can't find a reason yet, but there's just something about balto that i love. I don't know if it's just a phase or not but i am addicted to balto!

To be honest I can't even remember the last time I watched Balto, I must have been four when my family purchased it for the VHS. I just remember watching it and enjoying seeing the wolfs, heck I can't even remember the story.

I've always found wolves fascinating creatures, yet I barely knew anything about them. Although I always did smile whenever I would see a picture or a vid clip of a wolf. When I saw Balto I was really blown away by the movie, in one word it was 'breathtaking' and this helped to start my further obsession and love of wolves and of course Balto

well... let me say it as how I said it in the topic of what if Balto died...:
I know a lot of people are saying that its no big deal cuz its just a cartoon but its actually a BIG deal cuz the REAL Balto probably already died since the stuff that happened happened around 1925. A dog cant live more than 20 human years, but the balto movies are important cuz they keep the spirit of Balto alive. and if they make him die in the film whenever we watch the earlier movies, we will remember that he is going to die soon in another film. I know it sounds untrue, but trust me. I know this for a fact.

There's just something about the movie that touched me when I first saw it back in 95. I really don't no what it is about balto, but one thing's for sure, no matter how old I get I'll always love the movie.

Although the film is formulaic, it just has that elusive magic that you find in so few animated films.
