Alright, I've seen a few newer members having trouble with figuring out how to upload avatars to the site. (I repeat, this is NOT about uploading avatars to the forums) So, I had some time on my hands and I decided to make a topic about how it's done. I took a few pictures so that it could be easily understood.

There are two ways to upload an avatar to the site. I will show both ways.

The First Way To Upload An Avatar :

Step 1 :

Click on "Edit My Profile" (What I circled in red in the picture) :



Step 2 :

After you click on "Edit My Profile", it will bring to a page where you can edit your profile (Change your username, password, avatar ect..)

On the page, there will be a list of things you can change, one of the things listed is, "Change My Avatar". Click on "Change My Avatar".

Step 3 :

Clicking on "Change My Avatar" will bring to another page that will say : "File To Send" *space* "Browse"

Click on "Browse".

Step 4 :

After you click "Browse", a window will pop up. In this window, you will see a bunch of files. Click on the file (the picture you want as your avatar).

The following picture shows the window that will show up :



Step 5 :

After you click on the picture you want, click on "Open" at the bottom of the window.

Step 6 :

Once you click "Open" the window will close. To upload your avatar, click on "Send The Picture".

"Send The Picture" is located directly below "File To Send".

Now your avatar has been uploaded.



Second Way To Upload Avatar :

Step 1 :

Click on "Edit My Profile" (What I circled in red in the picture) :



Step 2 :

Scroll down and stop when you see "URL avatar".

Step 3 :

In the space you see beside "URL avatar", you mut copy and paste a link of an image. This means the your avatar must be on an internet site.

Step 4 :
After you copy pasted the link of the image you want as your avatar, scroll down until you see "Update my profile".

Click on "Update my profile".

After you click on "Update my profile", you have uploaded your avatar to the site and no more needs to be done.

**For how to upload signatures to the forum**

hehe was wondering how!! .. could you do the same with Signature please.. only if you want / can / could.. please and thank you if you do
