It's one of the more edgy and mature anime out there, but it's amazing! It rolls logic puzzles, a moral conundrum, and a new twist on the classic "good vs. evil" theme all into one! The best thing about Death Note is that it doesn't really specify the hero or the villain, you get to choose whether to root for L or Light depending on your own values. I prefer L myself. What about you?

NOTE: I would appreciate it if we refrained from any spoilers beyond what's been shown in America. 25 episodes have been shown so far, with a new one every Saturday night. I've been watching the English dub on TV, so I haven't seen past episode 25 yet.

I love Death Note!!! It is like one of my all-time favorite animes! I love Light, but I'm a bit more into L. ^^

I've seen a few episodes of Death Note, I really like it How many episodes of the anime are there?
