Lion King 1, Lion King 2, then Lion King 1 1/2.

TLK2, TLK1 and TLK 1.5
I really like the second film, the first one is quite good, and the midquel/prequel/rip-off I felt was somewhat unnecessary.

TLK 1, TLK 2, TLK 1 1/2
I didn't really care for TLK 1 1/2.

TLK1/TLK2/then TLK1/2
TLK2 was almost as good as the original, just not quite and TLK1/2 has always been my least favorite XD

I definitely like the first 2 TLK films better than the last one...I think making that one was a bit of a mistake...

In reality, The Lion King 1 1/2 is indeed my favorite. But given that The Lion King 1 and The Lion King 1 1/2 both have an equal share of Timon and Pumbaa scenes, and that there are important things in The Lion King 1 that were moved to The Lion King 1 1/2, I rate them both even. I like The Lion King 2: Simba's Pride a lot, but in some places, the animation is ever-so-slightly different. (i.e. Timon's fur appears to be a bit darker.) But that's my rating.
