I've noticed alot of new members asking all sorts of question like how do people send images and drawings, ect. So, I've made this little topic to help them a little.
First of all, lets start off with PMs, (Private Messages),
Private Messaging is so that you will be able to send Messages to your friends on the site, no one else will be able to read them except the person you sent the message too. But some times that can be a problem: Say someone you don't know (at all) sends you a private message. The message says
"Hi r u new??? Where dew u live???" (yeah LAMO) One thing you DO NOT do is respond to the Spammer and answer him. Other wise he'll get more annoying (or worse) the second thing you DO do is report the private message to a Moderator.
First you scroll down close to the bottom of the page but not all the way down. Under the sign wth Steele on it saying
"Site" you will see a little something with yellow writing that says
"Contact" 
Click contact and on top of the page there's more writing in yellow saying
"Staff"
Once you have clicked
"Staff" you will enter a page showing all of BaltoSource's/TLKS' Staff but before you do anything if you do not see anything about PM Mods' click on either DrewTheWolf or someone whom you have seen on the site lately other wise if you click on the Moderator that might not be on as much as you like (especially if you're feeling uncomfortable) than he/she might not get to you quickly.

And make sure to copy what the Spammer said for proof!!Click on
"Need Help Click Here If You Wish To Contact a Moderator!"
Once you've done that you can PM a Moderator he might not get to as quickly as you like but he/she will come. Type the reason in "Subject" and type the reason why you need help, Enter the Member's name and paste what the member said into the PM and then send it once you have finished.
For now while you wait for the moderator to reach you put the naughty Spammer on your ignore list simply by clicking on private messages and at the top of the PM list you will see something that says "Ignore List"

Reporting People in the Shout Box!Here's what to look for:
#1: The member will appear saying really pointless things like "***** B*tches!!" and "You people r all GAY!" or atleast something that looks like spam.
#2: Swearing and talking in caps and using Text Talk (saying things like u, r, ur,) ect
#3: Saying things like this "Kiss my met@l @$$!!!!" anything that has "@" and "$" is considered spam and is annoying to other members
#4: Just acting plain immature and sayng things totally un-related to whats going on around everyone else.
Here's what to do in that case: scroll down close to the bottom of the page but not all the way down under the Shout Box little rule list and you'll see a box that says "Report to the Moderators" click on the little box right next to the words "Report to the Moderators" and click on the naughty member's name and then type the reason why but make sure you copy what the member is saying
and the name!

After that is done the which ever Moderator who is online will get the message and keep on the look out for the member.
VERY quick advice on sending images and other stuff. OK many members here have been asking questions about how to send images and drawings and stuff so I'll help out a bit.
What you do is, you go up to the top of the page and look for the word that says "Welcome (Name)!" There you will see a small list of options saying "Edit my Profile" "Send to the Site" "Private Messages" "Friends List" and "Log out"
What you want to click on if you want to send things would be "Send to the Site"
Once your there you will again see a small "List" of options depending on what you want to do.
If you want to send a drawing click Drawing first make sure that the drawing you want to send is Finished not incomplete than you go into drawing and click continue but if I were you I'd read what is written there before you continue on your "journey"
Then you enter the "send page" (thats what I call it)
You click on "Browse" and select the drawing you've finished and you click send but if it is a Balto Character(s) drawing than you check the box (or do it you're own way) then you send it. It may take a while for it to appear on the site depending on how busy the Mods are but rest asured it will come on the site if it is something that follows the fan art rules. You can change your options in Gallery Options.
