How do you make userbars you know thoose little things that people make i can't figure out how please help?!?!?!

This belongs to the questions sections, but I'll answer.

You just make a 300x60 image with something in it in photoshop, paint, SAl, Photofiltre, etc.

Cani i use gimp? of that will work? i still don't get it though i have to use 2 images but i have no idea how to even put to images on one thing??? i just downloaded gimp so not to be kind of annoying or anything but could someone put steps on how to make the userbar i mean i know how to make the size.

Yeah, you can use Gimp. And to put in two images in the Userbar, all you have to do is to copy-paste them. Of course, that varies with the programs you are using.

I recommend Photofiltre. Try to google it.
