in 2001 they produced an animated film about the Titanic tradegy. There are singing animals and two love struck individuals on it (sounds famaliar.) This story is a horrible rip off of Cinderella and The Titanic block buster. This movie is an insult to the memory of the 1500 people who perished that night. I suggest you look it up on the net, it is in bad taste to make such a film. They might as well make an animated film about the Holocaust where Hitler doesn't kill 12 million people or an animated film about 9/11.

I posted a topic about this animated parody of Titanic, which was made around the same time as the James Cameron film. It involved singing animals and whatnot. Whoever thought that someone would actually do something like that!

I never heard of the animated one, and I don't think I'm going to watch it either. I like the live action verson better.

It's a parody. Not meant to be taken seriously. It wasn't having a jab at the Titanic, moreso that at the time Disney were making everything politically correct.

We're not talking about the parody that I posted some time ago. We are talking about an actual animated Titanic film -http://www.keyframeonline.com/Animation/Titanic:_The_Animated_Movie/1176/

(and yeah, that parody was awesome)

Oh yeah! I got that on DVD free when I bought a DVD Player....it was pretty horrible.

It wouldn't have been so bad if they'd worked harder on the animation, not had characters so obviously heavily based on Disney characters (seriously, those dalmations were almost twins of Pongo & Perdy from 101 Dalmations -.-) and had better produced music and if it wasn't about Titanic.....

Basically they shouldn't have bothered even making it, waste of time to be honest.
