re-release it on DVD in Widescreen with lots of spiffy extras. Like deleted scenes, actor commentary and a documentary on botht he movie and the real Balto.

About the film itself : nothing. I would just want to see the deleted scenes, in extras.
About the rest : Many things, especially concerning its popularity. As you said, I would really want a SE dvd with lots of extras like the Disney dvds, MORE marketing and advertising like merchandises, and why not a THEATRICAL sequel with a BIG budget?
