That's not entirely correct : even if sometimes I don't make a full answer and tell to refer to the mods, I ALWAYS answer to every message that the visitors send to me. (PM or emails) So if you didn't get an answer, then I probably didn't get my reply, I didn't get your message, or I didn't reply yet.

No one can know and remember all the rules, including myself, so everyone should get a warning before being banned (even if it's not the first time)
