As some of you will know, there's been an issue with the banning system lately...

We've had a hacker hack into the banning system, causing it to randomly ban and unban people.
If you've been accidentally banned usually the ban reason will be "Multiple accounts" and the ban time "5 months".

To combat this, the mods have asked everyone to LOG OFF from the site for half an hour until they sort this out in case anyone is randomly banned. Just hold tight and it'll be fixed soon.

I can't believe the members won't losten to the mods already. Can't they just log out? Noo, instead they get banned and keep asking why. Its very annoying. They should really start listing. Or maybe even get banned for not listing to the mods. Thats just my opinion.

Random banning is still happening, it seems. If you find yourself banned for no real reason ("multiple accounts", ban time "5 months" typically) just give a shout for a mod and they'll help you out. The hacker's gone, this is just a result of their meddling so no need to panic.

It was a false alarm, but this topic was made before the mods even knew it was a false alarm.

Hehehe well, as from what some of the mods told me it was a hacker and apparently Kirda delt with who ever it was.

Also if a hacker got into the banning system with ease I think steet should upgrade with better intruder protection, especialy if it was a teen, its odd though cuz I cought on to it before anyone else did and just waited to see if someone else would notice, its abit sad that it took this long and feel very bad for not mentioning something before, also never underestimate a hacker, they will act like your best friend and go through hell for you to prove there bond just to screw you over later, that depends on what type of hacker though, some hack for good others for not good, the good ones are extreamly usefull and every site and forum should have a few just incase of another hacker wanting to have fun witout a care in the world, so they can stop it or fix what another hacker has done to mess up the system in anyway, I know there are suprizingly more hackers on here then I thought and they will be nameless so dont ask me for the names.

Plus lets just say somehow one of the members gets hurt or belives he or she is well treated poorly due to a pathetic fued with another fellow member or a mods abuse of there authority gets pissed off, he or she can seek out many of the hacker groups out there for help, like an internet hitman is the best way to put it, those forums and hacker sites will also be nameless so do not ask either, but with a fee they will be hired to take down a specific member or the whole site or even waning a certain password they will do it for the asked amount, or unless they are good friends with someone who is conected to those groups in anyway could possibly manege to do it for free, so I guess what im trying to say is be very careful couse you never know, when or how you could be screwd over or in a site just moments to fall.....

Be careful especialy after this little incident and nice about the false alarm good for no one to panic^^

I think someone needs to inform Steet about this and request for good hackers to be in a place of power on this site just incase, I know a few of the mods already can hack very well which is a great thing, but maybe a few more might be needed to keep bs save and secure due to all the high ranked hackers out there that you dont wanna piss them off or there familys.... So look into it, might be worth the time to think about it, couse we all want bs to be a safe and fun environment for us all to enjoy wihout problems such as bad hackers and what not hehe wow I said alot so im gonna stop it there and wait to see if any if this information is helpfull or useful in anyway^^

I think it's pretty apparent it happened... I don't know who's telling you it was a false alarm, they're trying to hush it up it seems

This must've happened while I was already offline,because there was no result of my being banned.
