I've seen a whole lot of art and avatars on this site ever since I've joined. I've noticed that alot of it is animated, or enhanced I should say. What I mean by that is it means that it was done by doing more than just drawing it.

Alright. So this all leads up to one question... How do you do it?! How do you enhance it?! If someone could answer me that, that would be great.

Um, well I know a lot of people use photoshop, which has many effects and special stuff, or whatever. I don't have it, 'cause it costs money to download and its like fifty or seventy dollars. But yup, photoshop does have a lot of effects that create the drawings to be "enhanced."

I meant "enhance" by add affects. And it really costs up to $600? Good God. I don't think I'm getting that any time soon. Dang it.
