Kodi is Dead



This RP is going to be based on mine and Aniu's rp we did a little under a year ago, Why Can't I Stop Thinking About Her? Click Here to read the whole RP

In it, Kodi had been brutally beaten by a vicious group of wolves or dogs. Kodi never was able to find out, he was taken down, three to one. The extent of his wounds ran all the way from open cuts and swelling to a broken AND dislocated leg as well as a few broken ribs and three of them(all on the same side) had punctured his lung. Furtunatley for him, Dusty was out and came across his body and immediatly rushed him to the hospital where he was put into operation almost instantly.

After the operation, Kodi and Dusty are allowed to together and while they were in that room all alone, they began to realize their love for one another. However, tragically, Kodi is given a second shot that, regretably, was a lethal injection to put him down. The reasons for this were he would only have use of one lung and that one was damaged as well. THe lack and inability to get enough oxygen would have become too much for his body to take and steadily his body would shut down until his heart finally stopped.


The RP ended right after Kodi had been brough home and the horribly tragedy that had happened to him was told to his family.



After alot of consideration and thinking, i finally decided to run this by Aniu. There's still alot of potential story left to be told. What happened to Kodi was just the first part in a long story. In this one, the main focus will be on Dusty and how she's managing to get along with the terrible loss she's suffered and how the team copes without they're strongest runner.
As an effort on the parents part to cheer their kids up, they get a new pet. A black and gray female husky who goes by the name of Leah.

This story is going to take place one week after Kodi died.

Aniu is going to continue her part as Dusty, I dunno if she want's to play anyone else however.

Crush/Interest: No crush at the moment. She likes to punt things smaller than her, though.
Personality (need to have at least 3 sentences): Dreadfully witty once she gets her groove going, though she is nice - sort of. One could quickly say she is an opportunist; she is nice when she needs to be - especially when she can earn profit on it - and quite rude once she finds it for good to be. She has a few problems regardless; she instinctively - more than often - punts things that she finds annoying, if they are smaller than her. Easily agitated, but not necessarily angered - patience is a virtue for her, even though her behaviour at times might contradict her own aims.
History: Little to say, really. TL;DR version: She was born, got separated from her parents, got adopted by humans who later moved to Nome, Alaska.

Personality (need to have at least 3 sentences): Aiyana is very pretty- but that doesn't matter to her, she doesn't really know it or care. She's really easy to get along with, which can lead to the impression that she's a flirt with males. Aiyana heart is veery tender and she loves her family dearly, and for others who are not her family either. She can be very stubburn though, and hard to compromise with. Aiyana loves to run, but she has never gone after the desire, feeling that her brothers may be offended that yet another of the family had entered the sled degree. Of course they wouldn't but Aiyana is very skittish and terrifed of making others upset. Aiyana really wants to find love, so far it hasn't happened but she knows some one has to be out there. She is very entergetic and livly, some what bubbly. Kodi's death hit her very hard, she has become even more with drawn into herself and less joyful. She goes through life going with the flow, taking the blows and moving on. Kodi had been one of her closest friends, with him gone she feels like part of her is gone. Aiyana has a family with twins, a girl and boy in their teens, and their parents are always working so she doesn't spend all that much time with them. They let her do and go where ever she wants, which is just fine with Aiyana. She feels misunderstood and understimated, which is most likly an effect from her being so shy around other dogs.
History: With being a part of the Balto and Jenna family its sort of self explainitory.

I probably should add one. I'll have to do it later, but i think he ment he wants to play Max from the first part of this RP.

That's fine, but i'd rather fill the main parts first such as characters from the mail team like Ralph or Kirby. Balto, Jenna, the other pups from the movie is also welcome. Dingo or Saba. Just think of characters that might have been affected by Kodi's death.
Also, i'm still considering it, but i dunno if this will acctually happen, but im thinking that, later on in the RP, we may need Steele. No one volunteer for this position because i'm still not sure. But i'm just saying, he may come up a bit further down the road.


If you want to go ahead and make the bio Aniu, that's fine. It'll be at least a few hours before i'll be able to get on again.

Perhaps i should also add that this is an advanced writing RP.

Okay, well, in order for anyone to join as their own character, they need to fill out the bio added by Aniu in the first post. If you're joining as one of the characters from the movies such as Ralph, Jenna, Balto, Dusty, ect. . . All i need to see is a sample rp post, just so i can know if you're rp'ing level is high enough for this roleplay.

That was fantastic! I suppose we can go with Saba being an outcast but, have you got a reason for why Saba was accused of killing Kodi? You do know how he died right?

Okay, well, what was done to Kodi wasn't murder. He was severly beaten then left for dead. Dusty happened to find him and get him to help but he had suffered too many internal injuries. Primarily his lungs. They had been rendered all but useless so he was put down.

Actually, I think that puts a nice twist to the story. It keeps the attention from staying on just one or two characters and allows more diversity for where the ending takes us. Nicely done!

Well, you have Aniu's approval. I was only curious just how exactly the blame for what happened to Kodi was blamed on Saba. Anyway, you're in. We need some more people to join now.
