Mind you, it's not the mall around me, or else I would've bought it. My friend, whom lives in canada, claimed to see 3 Balto Snowglobes in the mall in her area for $60 yesterday.

This is what she said exactly about it(Copied and pasted from what she sent me in messages)

"There is this store and they sell movie themed things - and I finally saw a really nice collectable for Balto - its a balto snowglobe (good size and high quilaty) - hes on a cliff with a red scarf around his neck. it plays a song too!"

"I dont know the song - but it has the words balto on it (the one from the movie) and comes with papers."

"and there are awsome snowflakes and stuff in it"

"and small trees and stuff besdie him."



I wonder if this is true? The point of this topic was to ask if any of you saw anything like this. The only snowglobe of Balto I ever saw(Which was on Ebay, not a store.) was the one of Balto with Jenna. Have you ever saw anything Balto-related(excluding DVDs, movies, ect) in any sort of store? such as the mall? And have you ever saw a snowglobe like she explained?

I think it's probably a little lie. The only Balto snowglobe I've ever heard of was the one with Balto and Jenna in it, which if my memory serves was given to people in the production team for Balto 1 and is normally only found on eBay or Amazon.

It sounds like a lie to me.

However, it could be real but just not official merchandise. Fan-made, perhaps.

I still think your friend was probably lying, the actual snow globe was not sold in shops and had Balto and Jenna in it, not just Balto.

That's what she said. [I showed the whole convo so you wouldn't get confused.] Any more thoughts? Do you think she might be able to get a picture? I'm not sure what to say. I don't want to be mean and be like: "Oh, stop lying blah blah" But don't get me wrong - she HAS lied to me plenty of times before which I caught her in. Which is why I'm not sure if I believe her or not.

I guess you should just wait now until she has a photo. If she can't get you a photo then she's lying. Simple as.

It sounds very tempting and cool,but I would like to see some visual evidence.
