Definitely the Iditarod between those two, I still have a sour taste in my mouth that they canceled the Dakar Rally this year just becuase of a threat. Not to mention the Iditarod is a one-of-a-kind event.

I'd have to say the Paris-Daker Rally. Vehicles are unpredictable, moreso than animals, and they have no instincts or senses for that matter to help you when you're lost. With the Iditarod you have to wear many layers anyway to protect you from the cold, but out in the hot desert, you should wear thin clothing, but you can't in the Paris-Daker Rally for safety measures. All that heat building up around you could give you heat stroke.
